These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ct99 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By creating a ct99 account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ct99 ("ct99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ct99.one ("the Platform"). 2.3 Single Account. Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) ct99 account only. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent ban from the Platform.
2.4 Own Name Only. You must register and operate your ct99 account in your own name. Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or accounts used by anyone other than the registered account holder, are prohibited.
3.1 Registration Information. When registering a ct99 account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. ct99 relies on this information to verify your identity and process your transactions. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ct99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose due to your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your ct99 account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ct99 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. ct99 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending verification.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. ct99 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Enabling 2FA is a free security feature available in account settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
4.1 KYC Requirement. ct99 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, and at ct99's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit identity documents including: (a) a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card); (b) a current selfie holding your CNIC; and (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a JazzCash or Easypaisa account screenshot).
4.2 Verification Timeline. ct99 aims to complete KYC review within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is approved. ct99 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to a player's failure to submit required KYC documents in a timely manner.
4.3 Refusal. ct99 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or withhold funds where a player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation or where ct99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ct99 accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ct99 does not accept transactions from payment sources not registered in the account holder's own name.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your ct99 wallet within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation. ct99 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name and previously used for deposit on the ct99 account.
5.4 Fees. ct99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider in connection with transfers to or from ct99.
5.5 Minimum & Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 500,000 (standard accounts); higher limits apply to verified VIP members. ct99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence on large transactions.
5.6 Gaming Funds Only. Funds deposited into your ct99 account must be used for gaming purposes only. ct99 accounts must not be used as a money storage or transfer facility. Any account found to be used for purposes other than legitimate gaming activity may be suspended and the balance held pending investigation.
6.1 General. ct99 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. 6.2 Abuse. ct99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been obtained or used through abuse, fraud, multi-accounting, or any other conduct that ct99 deems to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
6.3 Verification. Bonuses and associated winnings may be withheld pending successful completion of KYC verification. Only one welcome bonus is available per household, per device, and per IP address.
6.4 Modification. ct99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where ct99 has reasonable grounds to do so, including where a technical error or abuse has been identified.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. ct99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes bets placed by players identified as professional gamblers, syndicates, or groups engaged in arbitrage betting.
7.2 Errors. In the event of a manifest error in the odds, lines, or game display — including pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or data feed failures — ct99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Manifest error" means an obvious mistake that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect.
7.3 Live Betting. Bets placed in-play are accepted subject to the ct99 live betting rules applicable at the time. Latency in data feeds may result in live odds being momentarily out of date. ct99 reserves the right to void bets placed after a material event (e.g., a wicket, goal, or disqualification) where the result of that event was publicly known at the time the bet was placed.
7.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino game outcomes at ct99 are produced by certified random number generation systems or by verified live dealer processes from licensed studios. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game session.
7.5 Responsible Play. Players are responsible for managing their own gaming activity. ct99 encourages all players to use the deposit, loss, and session limit tools available in account settings.

Self-exclusion periods available are: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. 9.3 Limits. Deposit, loss, and session limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

11.2 ct99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your ct99 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ct99 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ct99 will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, virus, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the Platform.
12.1 ct99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without prior notice where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) ct99 is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) ct99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) ct99 determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Upon termination, any genuine account balance (net of any bonus funds or contested amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and ct99's right of set-off for any amounts owed by you to ct99.
12.3 You may close your ct99 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days and any eligible balance will be returned as described above.
ct99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where amendments are material, ct99 may notify registered players via email or in-account notification. Your continued use of the ct99 Platform after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your account in accordance with Clause 12.3.
14.1 Disputes. In the event of a dispute between you and ct99 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact ct99 support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. ct99 will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days.
14.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with ct99's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism available under the regulatory framework applicable to the Platform.
14.3 Governing Law. These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
